This inaugural issue of PULSE — Journal of Energy, Informatics & Biomedicine (JEIB) presents peer-reviewed articles at the intersection of electric power systems, open informatics, and biomedical engineering. Topics include reliability and protection, data-driven energy analytics, edge/IoT, and biomedical signals and imaging. We welcome submissions that share data/code and follow open science practices.
