Full text (copy–paste):
This journal uses double-blind peer review. Authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other. Authors must upload an anonymized manuscript and a separate Title Page containing names, affiliations, and contact details.

Workflow & SLAs (Target Timelines):

  1. Editorial desk screening: 3 business days (scope, format, ethics, plagiarism).

  2. Reviewer invitation & confirmation: 5 business days.

  3. Peer review round: 14–28 calendar days (target 2–4 weeks).

  4. Decision & feedback to authors: within 3 business days after all reviews are received.

  5. Author revision: minor 7–14 days; major 14–21 days.

  6. Revision check & final decision: 7 business days.

  7. Production (layout, proof, DOI): 7–14 days.

Key points:

  • Two independent reviewers per manuscript; a third review may be requested if needed.

  • Plagiarism is screened at submission.

  • Conflicts of interest (COI) must be declared by authors and reviewers.

  • SLAs are targets; complex submissions may require more time with notice to authors.

Ethics Reference (COPE):
The journal follows COPE best practices. See guidance at publicationethics.org.
