The journal applies double-blind peer review with a 2–4 week target per review round and a transparent workflow.

This journal uses double-blind peer review. Authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other. Authors must upload an anonymized manuscript and a separate Title Page containing names, affiliations, and contact details.
Workflow & SLAs (Target Timelines):

Editorial desk screening: 3 business days (scope, format, ethics, plagiarism).

Reviewer invitation & confirmation: 5 business days.

Peer review round: 14–28 calendar days (target 2–4 weeks).

Decision & feedback to authors: within 3 business days after all reviews are received.

Author revision: minor 7–14 days; major 14–21 days.

Revision check & final decision: 7 business days.

Production (layout, proof, DOI): 7–14 days.
