Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.

The manuscript is original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

Manuscript file is .docx (preferred) or .tex; images at least 150–300 dpi.

Text follows JEIB’s style; use the journal template if available.

Citations and references are consistent (IEEE recommended) and include DOIs where available.

Author metadata (name, affiliation, email, ORCID) are complete.

I have read the Author Guidelines and prepared all files accordingly.

If data/code exist, I include a Data/Code Availability Statement and repository links (when open).
Articles
Scope. Original research articles in power systems, informatics/data/AI, and biomedical engineering.
Manuscript length. 5,000–8,000 words (excluding references/appendices). Abstract 150–250 words.
Structure. Title; Authors & Affiliations (ORCID); Abstract; Keywords (3–6); Introduction; Methods; Results; Discussion; Conclusion; Acknowledgments (optional); Funding Statement; Conflict of Interest; Data/Code Availability; References (IEEE style).
Review policy. Double-blind peer review (2–3 reviewers), target decision 2–4 weeks; similarity screening (Turnitin or equivalent); compliant with COPE.
License & fees. CC BY 4.0; APC: no fee (no submission or processing charges).
Reproducibility standards. Supporting data/code are strongly encouraged (repository link).

All articles are published open access under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This permits use, sharing, adaptation, distribution and reproduction in any medium or format, with appropriate credit to the original authors and source, a link to the license, and indication if changes were made.
By submitting, the authors confirm that:

All authors have approved the submission and agree to the journal’s policies (COPE-aligned).

Third-party materials (figures/tables/data/code) are used with permission and proper attribution.

Data/code availability statements are accurate; ethical approvals and consent (when applicable) have been obtained.
The journal may archive and index the published version and associated metadata in repositories/services (e.g., Crossref, LOCKSS/PKP PN).
