About the Journal

About — PULSE (JEIB) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal at the intersection of power systems, informatics/data/AI, and biomedical engineering, emphasizing reproducibility and practical impact. Double-blind peer review (2–4 weeks). COPE ethics and plagiarism screening. License CC BY 4.0. APC: no fee (no submission or processing charges). Two issues per year or continuous publishing. DOI via Crossref; archived via PKP PN/LOCKSS/CLOCKSS. Target indexing: Google Scholar, Dimensions, GARUDA. Contact: khamdan@std.unissula.ac.id.

This journal publishes three issues annually in March, July, and November.

Early Online Policy:
Accepted articles may appear online ahead of print and will be assigned to the nearest upcoming issue.

General Deadlines (every year):

  • March issue: submit by 31 January

  • July issue: submit by 31 May

  • November issue: submit by 30 September
